With more than 30 years combined experience, TESS Topographical & Engineering Survey Solutions offer our expertise to clients in the Engineering and Agricultural field. We pride ourselves in our ability to customize our interventions according to our clients’ needs, to communicate effective solutions and to keep up with the latest technology so as to save our clients time and costs. Although we are based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, we are not bound by borders and offer our service to a wider community.

LATEST PROJECTS
Pro-Asphalting
We have done work on various construction sites where we performed the setting out of buildings, roads, storm water pipelines and sewer pipelines. The sites were One & Only Spa, Somerset Hospital, Consol Glass, Century City and Cape Town Harbour.
Cornfield Construction
We completed a project for Cornfield Construction as an independent survey company where we set out roads, sewer and storm water layouts inside housing developments. We worked at the Atlantis and Elgin developments.
EBESA Architects
We finished detail and topographical surveys at various City of Cape Town electrical substations/depots and solid waste depots situated in the Cape Peninsula. Extensions and alterations are to be done on the existing buildings, services and electrical features.
