OUR MISSION

With more than 30 years combined experience, TESS offers Topographical Engineering Survey expertise to clients in the Engineering and Agricultural field. We pride ourselves in our ability to customize our interventions according to our clients’ needs, to communicate effective solutions and to keep up with the latest technology so as to save our clients time and costs. Although we are based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, we are not bound by borders and offer our service to a wider community.

Nickey Graham

Director

I finished my studies toward ND Surveying in 2003 at the then Cape Technikon, the present-day Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I travelled to many countries like Namibia, Lesotho and Madagascar for survey projects and contracts. I have expansive knowledge and experience in Engineering, Construction and Topographical Surveys. I am a registered full member of the South African Geomatics Institute (SAGI) and the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) with registration number S0902.

I pride myself on accuracy and performance, and I have the ability to think on my feet and can make crucial decisions when it matters. Your project is my pride.

Steyn De Jager

Director & Manager

I started practising Surveying in 2002 at a small company called Henry Graham Surveyors. While in service there, I was involved in a lot of different projects and aspects of Surveying. A major project in my career would be the rehabilitation of a 140 kilometre stretch of road from Mururani to Rundu in Northern Namibia. I was there from 2003 to the end of 2005 when the project was finalized.

My business partner Nickey Graham and I founded TESS in July 2009. In 2010, we commenced with a water infrastructure project which spanned the whole of Lesotho. We were the sub-consultants for PD Naidoo and Associates.

There are a lot of keywords that can be used as a guideline for being a success in the business – honesty, dedication, fast and effective service and accuracy!
