OUR RECENT PROJECTS

We have completed projects on various construction sites where we performed the setting out of buildings, roads, storm water pipelines and sewer pipelines. The sites were One & Only Spa, Somerset Hospital, Consol Glass, Century City and Cape Town Harbour.

We finished a project for Cornfield Construction as an independent survey company where we set out roads, sewer and storm water layouts inside housing developments. We worked at the Atlantis and Elgin developments.

We concluded detail and topographical surveys on gravel roads in the Klein-Brak area outside Mossel Bay. Five areas had flood damage that occurred during the 2008 floods and needed to be surveyed for designs so repairs and upgrading to the roads and culverts could be done.

TESS corrected ground control by using GPS Post Processing methods next to the N1 and N2 highways. It will be used in digital LIDAR scanning and Arial Photography models of the Cape Peninsula.

The Aquelle bottling plant is expanding to bigger warehouses for their production line, TESS is staking out the new foundations for the plinths for the proposed warehouse expansion.

This project is an as-built survey of the existing water line running from the springs to the holding tanks, and then to the bungalows. The purpose of the survey is to upgrade the existing water pipelines.
